Went to the store today to exchange a wallet. The store manager (didn’t get her name) was extremely rude. Could tell she didn’t want to help before she even knew why I was there. Before even searching my account I had to tell her there was no reason to be rude, her response was you don’t know me. At that point I told her I hoped she had a better day and left. Waste of a trip. And she does not belong in a customer service position. Very poor attitude and representation of a nice brand.
I had 1 of the best floor associations in Coach store today. Her name was Sharon as busy as store was, she was helping every1 but constantly made it bk to me, see What I needed... I appreciated feeling like I was her only Customer, If tipping was customary I would have gave her 30% tip
I was shopping online and decided to call the store. I spoke with Ana and told her what I was looking for. She was able to found both the wallet and the bag in her store. I got them shipped with 75% plus extra 15% on wallet instead of me driving over a hour to Tanger Outlet in Commerce. Thanks Ana😊 …

So in the morning Saturday April 3, 2021.....after we (the BOSS and I 😳) discussed our daughters upcoming birthday we decided to pick up the Disney collection for her (I was truly OUT VOTED 🤣🤣).... so my wife and I called 📞 Coach and spoke with the STORE MANAGER about the Disney items...thank goodness 😳 amazing 👏 people are still around.... We were able to drive from Gaffney back to Commerence, Georgia to pick them up for our daughter.

I was heading from North Carolina back home to Georgia and stopped in to do an exchange. Walking in I was acknowledged with a general hello, I'm not even sure if the sales associate bothered to make eye contact. I casually walked around the store and found exactly what I was looking for. Continue to the sales counter to exchange my item and was greeted by the sales associate with the smile. She was a newbie and wasn't sure how to handle the transaction and called the manager for assistance. The manager was helpful but not friendly. My husband was totally happy with his gift and I was happy with price I paid.
Wife love the purses and wallets so I’m happy!!!
